Collaboratively working with UIUX + graphic designer, You Zhang, I helped enhance COMICOMI’s branding with stylish illustrations of characters and assets for their website interface. Our direction was to elevate the anime con experience and introduce COMICOMI to more than traditional fandom meet-ups - it is a festival that can be held at home.
Instead of using classic lines & colored anime style, we created illustrations with flat colors and minimal palettes, making COMICOMI more approachable to the public.
